ABOUT ABOUT

Join us for Webb City, Missouri's 15th annual premier festival! Saturday, July 13 - 10 a.m. to the sundown firework display finale.  (Set-up after 3 p.m. on Friday, July 12)

Are you a vendor, a mobile food merchant, a non-profit, a business that specializes in children's activities or Veteran Services?  Do you want to be a volunteer & be a part of something bigger than yourself?  You have come to the right place!  Clicking the BUY TICKET box, will take you to the next step to being a part of our awesome event!  BUT FIRST, keep reading...

There are several things that you need to know before completing the application process. Due to the continued growth of our event, it has become necessary for event planners to create the following guidelines.  If you have attended this event previously as a vendor, you will definitely notice a few changes this year, including but not limited to layout and vendor placement. An event layout map has been uploaded to the photo album on this site.  Once your application and payment has been received, you will be notified by event planners and will be asked to choose a vendor space that best fits your needs from vendor spaces available.

1. Please read ALL of the information provided below AND in the application.  We ask that you provide us with the most thorough information possible.

2. UTILITIES: There are a limited number of electric spots available.  If you need electricity &/or water, you MUST note your electrical hook-up specifications and purchase electricity by selecting and purchasing the electricity ticket.  *Electricity cannot be purchased at the event. There WILL be a water spigot available, vendors must bring containers for transporting water.  City & event staff cannot be responsible for transporting water to and from vendor spots.

3.  SET-UP & VENDING AT THE EVENT:  All vendors MUST plan to be set-up and open for business for the entirety of the event.  All Vendors will be given the same window to set-up for the event and are expected to be open and present through the close of the festival.  Vendors NOT complying to this guideline will forfeit their selected vendor space and/or may not be able to vend at this event or be permitted to vend at future events.  This is important to event planners to ensure that there are no glaring holes in the vendor areas.  The close of the festival will be signaled by the firework finale.  We ask that vendors wrap up open sales and begin the process to vacate the park. We ask that you remain considerate to fellow vendors set-up nearby by not blocking service vehicles or exit paths for extended periods of time.  Many vendors travel a considerable distance to take part in our festival.  Event staff & security will remain on site until the last vendor has exited the park.

4. VENDOR PARKING:  Service & support vehicles may be used for setting up and transporting booths & supplies and then MUST not remain in the festival area. In the past we have been able to allow support vehicle to remain parked near the booths.  This is no longer possible. However, there will be a designated vendor parking area.  This is non-negotiable and has been implemented for safety purposes.

5. Route 66 Cruise-A-Palooza is and will always be a family friendly event.   We ask  everyone to please make sure merchandise for sale & displays be appropriate for all attendees.  Also, any vendor representative found to be behaving in an unruly, beligerant manner will be asked to leave the event.  Any vendor found in non-compliance with this family-friendly request with regards to merchandise & displays, will be asked to remove the  items from view. Repeated non-compliance could result in forfeiture of vendor space for the duration of the event.

6. MOBILE FOOD VENDORS ONLY:  ALL Mobile Food Vendors must have a Webb City Business License in order to vend at this event.  Licensing applications can be found on our website webbcitymo.org, by calling Webb City Hall at 417-673-4651, or by visiting Webb City City Hall at 200 S. Main Street.  This process must be completed (minus the inspection, which can be done on-site during set-up) by Monday, July1, 2024.  Mobile Food Truck Vendors without a Webb City Business License will not be permitted to set up at the event.  Food vendors who DO NOT sign up as food vendors, such as those who make foods & edible goods, will not be placed in mobile food truck row.  **New Announcement: BARBECUE VENDORS NEED NOT APPLY - Creek Crew Catering is an event partner/sponsor and has barbecue exclusivity for the event.

7. No refunds will be given once application & payment has been received.  Vendor fees are used for promotional materials, advertising the festival and for purchasing supplies for the event.  If you have any questions that have not been answered, please email [email protected] before completing your application.

8.  WE NEED YOU!  Finally, we have some really cool new additions and announcements to make as the date of the festival approaches.  You are instrumental in the success of this event.  Share announcements, the dates, the event, anything Route 66 Cruise-A-Palooza on your individual social media pages.  Email us your logo!!!!  Reach out to your fellow vendors!  If you have any suggestions or know of something that would make a great edition to our event, PLEASE share with us!
